Sheer Brilliance
Say whatever you want about the rest of the show - naming a Basset Hound "Flash" was a stroke of brilliance.
Explanation: Few dogs look less built for speed than Basset Hounds, so when Rosco P. Coltrane named his dog "Flash", it was just brilliant. If only he could have used some of that brilliance in outwitting those pesky Duke boys, huh?

I was always amazed by the "General", the Dukes Dodge Charger. It was the only car ever built that could heal itself! In the last jump sequence of your clip, you can see the front end deform when the car "lands" (Crash landing would be more accurate)but were the clip to continue, the damage would be gone.
I want that feature on my cars.
The General Lee was indestructible! How dare you speak in such ways about such a magnificent vehicle!
Little known fact: The victorious southern Civil War general was named after the Dukes' car.
