Milk Duds: Recommended by 4 out of 5 dentists with yachts.

Explanation: I swore off Milk Duds about 10 years ago because I could hear my dentist cringing every time I put one in my mouth.  Silly me, I decided to give them a try again this year.  After chomping on one for about 5 minutes, I decided that was enough for this decade.  On the bright side, I didn't do any major damage.  On the not so bright side, I'm still chewing on the damn thing.
